As the Founder & President of Go Beyond Engineering, Ruebin Alicea has made it his mission to redefine the role of the structural engineer.
With approximately 20 years in the industry, Ruebin and his team have managed countless design projects from Blue Sky through construction administration. Prior to starting GBE, he also served as Staff Structural Engineer at Walt Disney World where he helped design, develop, plan, and manage multi-discipline projects across all of the parks and resorts.
Ruebin has leveraged his experience at Disney to develop a unique, collaborative approach that has become part of the culture at Go Beyond Engineering.
